Carmelite Formators’ Centre-India (CFCI) under the auspices of The  General Definitory of the Order of the Discalced Carmelites organized one month Spiritual Directors’ Course from September 15 to October 18 at Atmdarshan,Aluva-Kerala.

This course was organized in collaboration with OCD Interprovincial Conference, OCD Major Superiors’ Conference of EAST ASIA-OCEANICA   and OCD Major Superiors’ Conference of English—Speaking Africa. Fr. Augustine Mulloor OCD,Definitor General for formation inaugurated the course.  Speaking on the occasion Fr. Mulloor emphasized on the importance of spiritual direction today and explained the purpose of the course in India.  “We need to take spiritual direction seriously. So Spiritual journey should lead us with the identification of the spirit.”he said further. “Radical way of living our inward journey will help us to become a resource for transforming   the society.” he opined.
